Referring to my previous post i am making a Kenyan meal.
Sukuma wiki in Kenya made of tall stick cabbage, that is a kale family. Using kale for this dish, is perfectly fine.
Kale- 2 bunches, shredded
Onion- 1 medium, chopped
Cream – 200 ml
Heat oil in a wok, add onion, cook for 5 minuets, add kale and stir for 5-7 minuets, add cream, cover and
cook for 10 minuets.
