Cauliflower Turmeric Omelette.

Light and satisfying vegetarian dish, that is suitable for any time of the day.


Cauliflower- 1/2 head, cut in florets, and steamed or boiled.

Onion- 1 chopped.

Eggs- 3

Milk- 1/2 cup.

Turmeric- 1 teaspoon.

Salt, black pepper.



Steam or boil cauliflower florets, until soft.Set aside.

In a bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and black pepper. I recommend using black pepper, as it enhances properties of turmeric dramatically. Basically you should add black pepper, everywhere you add turmeric.

Heat an oil in a frying pan, add onion and cook till slightly browned, stir in turmeric, add egg mixture, cover, lower the heat and cook for 3 minuets or so.
