Potatoes Stuffed with Parmesan, garlic and Sour Cream!

Basic and classic side dish, that is always popular at the table.

You can add bacon, herbs, meat, the list can go on, all depends on your preference and availability.


Medium sized potatoes- 4-5

Sour cream- 1/2 cup.

Parmesan- 1/2 cup grated.

garlic- 3 cloves, grated.

Salt, pepper.


Boil potatoes with skin for 20 minutes. Let them cool completely.

Preheat the oven to 200C.

When potatoes are cooled down, cut each in half long side , remove with a spoon some of the potato, be careful not to damage the skin.

Mash the removed potato and combine with the rest of ingredients.

Bake in the oven, for 15-20 minutes till start getting golden.
