Spinach Salmon Roll


Fresh orFrozen spinach-150 g

Egg-3 separated

Cream cheese-250g

Smoked salmon 200 g



Directions: Preheat the oven to 180C.

Squeeze all extra liquid from a spinach and mix it with 3 egg yolks and flour.Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, and mix gently with a spinach mixture.Spread on a tray, lined with a baking paper.

Cook for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees C.Spread the cream cheese mixture all over the spinach , then lay down the salmon.

Don’t get it to the boarder, otherwise it will not fold properly.

Wrap it in a cling film and let it rest in the fridge for two hours.Cut and serve.
