Salmon teriyaki


Salmon -4 fillets

Ginger- 1 teaspoon

Garlic- 1 teaspoon

Soy shout sauce-125 ml

Kirin- 125 ml

Sugar- 2 teaspoon

Sesame oil- 1 teaspoon


Mix all the ingredients add salmon and marinate for minimum 1 hour.

Take out the fillets, reserve the marinade, pat dry and cook on a preheated pan with some oil.

Drain the oil , add Marinate , cover, in a medium heat cook for 5 minutes, occasionally pouring sauce a top of fillets.

Cook till sauce thickens.

Serve with sesame seeds and spring onions.
